Title: Saber Problem-Board issue? Post by: SpokaneSithLord on June 15, 2023, 01:47:38 AM I got a diamond controller saver a few months ago, and i recently had an issue. While using the color swap controls, the saber shut down unexpectedly. It now only works if actively plugged in, no response to removing and placing batteries back in, and I can’t see any disconnected wires inside. What should I do?

While using the color swap controls, the saber shut down unexpectedly. It now only works if actively plugged in, no response to removing and placing batteries back in, and I can’t see any disconnected wires inside. What should I do? I would fully charge the batteries. Once you know they are fully charged put them in and plug the saber into your computer. If I understand you correctly the saber turns on while plugged into the computer? Do a factory reset. That should bring your saber back to life, but will erase everything you might have added. If your saber only works when it is plugged into a power source? Then I misunderstood you. The batteries are bad or you have a broken wire, possibly. Sorry. I've had my sabers a while now and forget to mention this with my advice. If you bought your saber two months ago it should still be under warranty! Ultrasabers has great customer service in my experience. Give them a call and ask them for help. Don't get me wrong, I love trouble shooting. So come back with more info for more help here. |
