You could definitely paint that up and add some greebles to make it look good and Sithy.

I'm pretty sure I saw a guy in a cutscene from the Old Republic MMO with a mask that had horizontal bars across the face, so it's totally in-universe (maybe someone knows who I mean and can post a pic - I couldn't find him with a quick Google).

Just have to make sure to change it enough so you're not Jedi Snake-Eyes.  :)

I like that one.  Perfect for my Sith character.

Personally I was thinking about using this one if I ever made a Sith costume.

Yeah, that's the one!  Looks a bit like Isaac's engineering rig from Dead Space.  :)

Now the best and cheapest base for a sith mask that i have found and used is a plastic paintball mask. You can find them for $20-$50 based on what design you find

I  bought this helemt from a sporting goods store a few years back when i paint balled, but found it in my garage about a month ago and a turned it into a cool sith mask along with some small shoulder armor.

Also bought some little kid shin guards from walmart and painted them so they would make good arm bracers. overall it cost me a little less than $65 bucks with paint so not too bad.  8) Still need to find some decent foam for the inside of the helmet and a proper head strap so it doesn't hurt my face.  :P

The $100 masks are nice but egads...that is nice saber money.

The cheap masks that you will not hate chopping and cutting up is what I would think to use as BB mentioned.

Here are a couple interesting mods and starters...
