Title: My first Ultrasaber arrived over an hour ago! Post by: Vaapad Style on September 21, 2012, 10:06:38 PM Hey guys, it finally arrived! Just in time for the weekend, hell yes!
It's amazing. I just spent an hour trying to make a review video, but they all ended up being crap. I'll make it later. Honestly, it's great, and very very bright. I didn't quite expect the silver-ish blade, and am very very delighted with the Sun Rider's Destiny. Much thanks to Lord Cooler for all of the info, and Master Nero Attoru for the idea of an SRD Dark Prophecy. (Special thanks to Big Andy, Moderator Manroon, and everyone else who helped too!) In a comparison to ForceFX, I definitely have to say it's superior--But I still love my ForceFX sabers just as much--They both have their ups and downs. I'm glad I tried it out, and I'll at least be posting pictures as soon as possible. I'll probably get another one next year or so--in Dark Violet Amethyst, so I can properly duel. Can't wait! :) I'm going to take some pictures (After about half an hour of swinging it around like a madman) and then post it right here, on this topic. Well, I'd better get to that then--See ya! Makes me want a BR one to contrast with my GB Prophecy ;D Yeah, it's absolutely gorgeous in person. SRD is automatically my favorite lightsaber color, along with DVA and Bane's Heart. And you were right about how loud it was--My entire family is sooo pissed at me for messing with it, they keep saying stuff like: If you keep turning it on, my eardrums are going to EXPLODE - My Sister. Its nice to be able to quiet it down or let it ring forth in all its glory!
