Can sombody post a pic of these three saber colors side by side?  FO, PO, and BR.  I think I eventually want to have all three of these colors in my collection. I was wondering how they look in comparison to each other. I have an FO saber. I take it that the PO saber color is darker or more redish than FO?

I will take some photos later today for you as I have all three.

NOW, what I describe the color as, I'm sure someone else will tell you something different.

Fire Orange is Orange, made using an Amber LED. The color is subdued, it's still very bright but because of it's wavelength the color appears to be more calm.

Pyrestone Orange is the middle ground between FO and BR, so this color will appear more active and vibrant with the added Red to the mix. It has that same red/orange color you see on Nacho Doritos.

Blazing Red is Red, Not blood red, not crimson or scarlet, a True Red. BR is a vibrant Red that really exudes a sense of heat from the color, it has an intensity that is mentioned in the name, Blazing.

Kham's descriptions are better than what normally comes out in photography. Maybe I have it easy with consular Green, but shooting the true colors of these sabers is extremely tricky, and a text description (from someone like Kham) is a lot more beneficial.

That said, the photo gallery thread has a lot of wicked shots of the colors you're looking for.

That does sound like a most excellent description Kham! Thankyou very much!  :)  Then it sounds like what i thought, the PO is a more redish orange. Very cool! IDK if I have seen any pics of the PO color yet. It seems to be a more rare color for people to have. Cant wait to see some cool pics Kham! Thanks again!  :)

Thank you. I really like the po. Gives the saber a more menacing feel than the standard red. The fo comes across very weak in comparison.

I was actually planning on getting FO on my Prophecy, but now, I'm thinking ... not so much. Pyrestone looks like it may be the way to go.

Goldleader, I've used your links before and they really are perfect for describing the colors. I would recommend a sticky of I could. Sadly, you'll just have to settle for a point from me. :)

A point is a fitting compensation! I am happy to lend my assistance!. PO is very BRIGHT! I agree with you, it would be a very good choice. I have no doubts everyone searching for "that perfect orange" would be more than pleased with the color!

I actually like fire personally. Its more stealthy. But PO is best for brightness

One way I  like to describe it as PO is a very firey red/orange, or lavaey. I got my first saber in PO and absolutely love it, seeing it in person is a completely other thing entirely. It's a very vibrant red.

Side note, I also think the PO looks more like the red sabers do in the movies.

I have a scorpion in PO and it look awesome.  Gives it even more of a powerful sith feel!
