My shroud doesn't rotate either and here is what I think the problem is:

ChaosMidge - The two allen screws you see around the emitter are NOT the blade holder.  They allow you to rotate the emitter to align properly, and you'll notice there are two more on the pommel for the same purpose.  The blade holder is a single allen screw, and it is concealed beneath the shroud.  Because you have to set the blade without the shroud installed, it takes a bit of trial and error to get the blade depth position set properly.  You want the blade to set against the LED unit to prevent any rattling, but since you can't get to the screw with the shroud installed, you have to press the blade in fully (without the shroud), withdraw it very slightly, and set it.  Then you have to install the shroud and see if you have it at the proper position where it touches the LED but not so much that it doesn't allow the shroud to be tightened in place.  I am betting the reason your shroud is rotating is the blade is set too deeply, and this is preventing the emitter from tightening down on the shroud and locking it in place.

After you get the blade depth set correctly, the emitter is fully seated, the shroud is stationary,  and there is no LED module rattle, you will probably need to adjust the emitter's alignment.  Just loosen the two allen screws in the emitter enough so you can rotate it into the proper position, then tighten them to secure the alignment.
