This is my first UltraSaber and my first customized one.  I built an MHS saber before that I put in the costume and props section of the Forum, under the name "Battlecry."

This was a stunt Dominix in DVA that I primed and painted purple.  This is for my wife.  The shroud is PVC painted with a fake stone paint that looks like marshmallow when you first spray it.  Pretty cool.  Let me know what you think.  I'm still working on this one.  I will add sound, an AV switch, recharge port and a second shroud piece.

The more pics I see of UE, the more I am wanting this in my next saber.  Thanks for sharing and best of luck to you in adding the AV switch and recharge port.  A very beautiful saber!

The purple is a Testors purple spray paint.  The color name is "Purple-Liscious."

Nice. I like it. I like the regular Mid Grade for sure. Brings the color out more I think. But atleast you have both blades for whatever y shes in the mood for.

Hopefully this isn't necroposting, but since I started this thread, I think I can continue it  Cool .  I have actually had my wife's saber finished for a few months but haven't had the chance to post pictures of the finished product yet.  We have just gotten settled after our move to Taiwan.  So I've finally got the time to do this.

So I added an orange AV switch, recharge port, 3.7v Li-ion battery and swapped out the main LED for a Rebel white.  Honestly, the only original parts left are the hilt, pommel, and the LED holder, everything else is new.  Oh, I also added sound with a much smaller soundcard and a mini speaker.  It's not as loud as I'd like, but it gets the job done.
