I took the Obsidian out of this saber for my custom Dark Obi_Wan. I decided to make this saber a stunt. This led has a min fwd voltage of 5.45 so a 4 AAA pack is too close at 6 volts. I went with Li-Ion. The list of electronics I used. - Lux V Cyan Bin 3 led - black anodized green illuminated AV latching switch - 700ma Buck Puck (optimum for this led) - 220 ohm 1/4 watt resistor for the AV Switch - 2ea. 14500 Trust Fire LI-ION cells - 2 AA batt pack This saber is Very bright!   |

I'll be perfectly honest and say that while I'm not a fan of Emerald Green in general, it really "POP"'s on this hilt. Very nice!  |

This looks fantastic Vex, one of my new favorite hilts with my all time favorite color - and you're one of the lucky folks to get the actual Lux V version of Emerald Green like my Dark Prophecy has! I'm seriously jealous of you with this one, good stuff.
Hey, maybe I should order an Emerald Green MLS unit for my Overlord...

Thanks all. This hilt has its permanent MLS and Buck Puck in it. I will be adding sound later. It looks great and as with all Overlords, it handles well!

Is that a catalyst pommel? It's looks great on the overlord, really adds to the design in my eyes! Like that EG on it too.

Overlord FTW. It's my favorite of what I'd call the "deluxe" line of hilts, the more detailed non-V3 models. VERY nice to handle, not too chubby or covered with greeblies to get in the way. Excellent balance of beauty and functionality. |
