I created an interesting plug for my saber this morning, I was playing with a new, $1 flashlight, and thought, "hey this fits down the hilt of my saber just perfectly! I'll cut it up." I first sanded it down to make it look weathered and cut it leaving about 1.25" approx. I got the flashlight at the $1 section at my local Target.    The light from the saber LED shines up through the flashlights LED circuit board and in reality you can see the light just barely shining through the flashlights LED's. Its perfectly safe to look at them. And as promised here is my updated saber... Predator. It is an Ultrasabers initiate customized. The color is SY with a dark yellow filter.     Thanks! LOVE IT! Point for you. What does the plug look like ignited in the dark? Could you take a closer picture? really sweet, you gotta love ingenuity.

I too would like to see this. I ran into the light issue as well when taking pictures, but found that lower exposure let the little points of light show up. |

I'll see what I can do, I useu phone to take pictures so I can just directly upload them with Tapatalk. I'll try to find a setting that lets me gat a good photo. |

You can see another one in the background on the floor. It started out all black. I used the side with the LED's. |

Nice Job! U could even make little printed cutouts with filters and such to go inside the lens if its
easy to get to. Might be able to create some intersting effects
