 Hi guys Kzero here! Nice to meet you all this is my first post!

I had a friend who had a color changing light saber, basically what it was it had three buttons which had blue red and yellow. Maybe wrong with the color spectrum about yellow. Clicking the three buttons you could make pretty much a wide array of colors mixing one and the other by interclicking the buttons. I was wondering if this was possible I really loved that light saber so throw me some ideas thanks!!

All Sabers that are checked of RGB have that option.



You combine Red and Green for yellow.

One Switch for Red, Green and Blue
Main switch for power.

Here is a pic of the Dark Shock with it,


All that have the option show a pic on the saber page

Hi there and welcome to the site.

Ultrasabers has a few RGB compatible sabers.  The extra switches are for red/green/blue.  Red and green make yellow, red and blue make violet amethyst, blue and green make arctic blue, and there is one I'm forgetting but I think you can get 7 different colors from an RGB saber.  I have the RGB Dark War Glaive and it is awesome!  Cool

If you already have a saber, and it using an rgbw (or a) led engine, you can wire it with an internal dip switch to change colors too. The colors would be aligned with the chart above as well.

Am I right in thinking that if one took the RGB LED module from one saber and put it into another which was also compatible with LED modules, then (with a bit of metalworking and trickery) one could make the other saber RGB (at the cost of the first)?
