Hey all.  Anyone here ever purchase the Darth Vader voice changer on Ebay? (Item# 261371570514).  It's around $350 shipped but I'm curious if anyone else here has purchased it for their Vader costume?

Trying to decide on that or a UltraSaber Vader Saber (around the same price).

I have the voice changer, it is not that good as you can still hear my voice.  I suggest purchasing the Chosen One saber and you will be much happier.

Chosen One for sure. Black activation box, non lit AV switch, yellow flash if Blazing Red has it, or if you want to go more classic you could always get a removable Vader FX saber. =]

I would go with the saber as it is much harder to make up a very bright saber that goes swoosh woosh as it is to sound like a respirator.

You can buy any voice amplifier and just do your best impression for much cheaper. That, or get the legit saber and program some of Vader's phrases onto that!
