An unexpected error when runing Obsidian Launcher

Hi all! I have a problem with my new emerald saber. I got it a couple days ago and almost immediately tried to adjust  it in Obsidian Launcher. I've downloaded latest version of the program and did the following:

-Ran the install.exe as admin
-Powered saber on
-Connect obsidian to usb
-Open launcher

Аs a result, the program has issued this message: "An unexpected error has occured. Please contact support if the problem persists"



And all actions the program issued this message. I reinstalled the program and tried again, but nothing has changed. And now my saber not turned on. I've tried it on two computers with the same result - OS Win 7 x64 and OS Win 8.1.  Help me please!

What happens after you click ok? Does the program exit or are you left with the program showing no settings?

Do you get the same message when connecting to the Obsidian USB?

Nothing happens. The program showing no settings. And I get this message when I trying any other action in program.
There is no obsidian usb in my saber - only emerald usb. I haven't soundboard on it.

I did have the same errors even after install as admin, run as admin, reboot the saber by removing batteries.

And then ... I change my windows locale to US (I am French) et voila !
It solved the problem entirely for me.

That's what I would have suggested, too. Since it's programmed for the US, it only works properly with the US locale settings...something Ultrasabers should change in the next version(s), however. It's much more comfortable if the Launcher would adjust itself to the current locale setting of non-US people.
