No. The chargers provided by UltraSabers put out a selectable voltage of either 3.0v, or 4.2v (little slider switch on the side). Your NiMh batteries have a capacity of 1.2v. Guess what happens if you try this out? Bzzzttt!
If you want a charger that can charge both NiMh and Li-Ion, I recommend the Nitecore i4 V2. It's an affordable, intelligent charger that automatically detects battery type and implements the correct charging method. You can charge AA, AAA, C, CR123, 14500, 18650 and more. It's totally automated, no buttons to push or charging modes to select, just drop your batteries in and leave it, plus it has 4 charging slots instead of 2, AND you can charge different types of batteries at the same time, ie; 2xAAA NiMh, while you also charge 2x14500 Li-Ion.
I highly recommend it; I love mine. Search for "Nitecore i4" on ebay, amazon etc.
I also have an EBL, 8-slot charger like the one found at the link below. It's also a "smart" charger with 8 slots and it's great for having plenty of batteries ready to go. It is only limited to Nimh or NiCd AA and AAA batteries though and won't charge Li-Ion. Also, it charges slower than the Nitecore and will take around 6-8 hours to fully charge 8xAAA batteries. It's my "standby" charger since I have several stunt sabers. It's a fine charger, creates little to no heat and it's safe to leave the batteries in it all the time, but the Nitecore is better and is only $5.00 or so more money.
