Rebels Era Jedi Cosplay

I'm working on a Jedi cosplay that is a mash up of a few different things. I'm going for a clone wars inspired armor, mixed with a bit of Kanan Jarrus, and then I gave the whole thing a bit of a Naboo flair. I'll post shots of the finished costume when the rest of the pieces are completed. For Now here is the arm armor progress. I used EVA foam and plasti dip to fabricate it. i'm quite happy with the results.

Foam heat formed and glued together.



Plasti dipped and primed.

Looks great. Very authentic look to it, especially in the pic of it on your arm. Do you mean that your character will be of the era of the Rebels tv show?

Well my undershirt didn't come in time, so the final  version of my costume will look a bit different then the following images. The final version will have a higher neck, like a turtle neck. It will also have a tighter black armor sleeve. Anyway there is a small con tommorow so I'm taking it for a test run. Anyway, I'm happy with it so far, but I may add a thigh holster or other accessories in time.

Very nice. The Rebels series is really growing on me too =] Where did you get the jacket at? Here's a real turtleneck shirt I found on Amazon that works even for an inner tunic classic style and such. Don't know if any of those colors would be suitable though. I think the black or grey colored one might work out

Thanks for the heads up Zren, I have one on the way already though. Amazon sent me the wrong color by mistake the first time (i ordered black and they sent blue ). The jacket I got on ebay. I removed the right sleeve with a seam ripper and the hemmed it. If you prefer amazon i would recommend a brand called 'The Lees'. They make all sorts of unique slim fit high fashion jackets. They're a south korean company so you need to be careful when ordering as their sizes are much smaller than american ones. I would definitely check ebay firsy though as I got this brand new for $12.

Awesome originality showcased here, NabooKnight! With the updated wardrobe, holster additions and possible other upgrades you mentioned, the appearance of your character is poised to make the jump to a much higher level.
