Sabers at Work

So, with Facebook adding the ability to add a lightsaber to one's photo, a thought struck me that if one enjoys Star Wars, and has sabers, one could take some photos.

Taken a step further, I thought, I work for a tech company, full of some pretty nice folks who ALSO happen to love Star Wars.  And I said, "You know - I have several sabers.  I wonder if folks would want to take a photo with a practical lightsaber (perhaps the only time THAT thought has been uttered) instead of using Facebook's tool..."

So, on my last day in office for the year, I brought in my sabers, to allow folks a chance.  I had a few takers, and more that I need photos from.

Looks like you and your colleagues had a lot of fun.  I can't do that where I work.  Either security would confiscate the lightsabers or someone would call the police.
