Hey everybody!

I have some reward points, so I'm thinking of spending some of it on a pommel. I have noticed with my own sabers that some pommels are better than others in terms of delivering the clearest and loudest sound. So I want to know what you think on the matter.

Here are the pommels I own, starting with the ones I think give the clearest and loudest sound: Reaper, Manticore Low Profile, Consular, Mantis. From this, my best guess is that the bigger the vents and the smaller the pommel, the better sound you will get. Am I on the right track, or do you have a different opinion? What are your favorite pommels for sound?

I was gonna say - Manticore Low, but you have it.

I bought that for a Stunt because I liked the look for the model - then tried it out on a hilt with sound and was BLOWN AWAY by how loud & bad-arse it sounded compared to the Catalyst pom I had on.

I've noted people on here saying they feel like their Graflex or Chosen One is louder for some reason than their other hilts; I think it's those flat, low profile pommels with plenty of holes.

I think the Archon pommels have a nice sound.. the Overlord is good AND loud.. the Catalyst is pretty decent as well.

The Bellicose pommel seems super loud.

Guardian one looks so beautiful but the sound is muffled. It's crap for sound.

I was actually about to say the Overlord pommel as well. Tested it on my older Bellicose with Obsidian 2 sound and it was tons louder
