Perhaps Anakin Skywalker's Lightsaber from Attack Of The Clones. Or a Darth Vader Inspired one.

Yes it does look quite similar to those sabers espicaly the anakin AOTC. I might get some rubber grips for it and some black paint

Yeah man good luck with the Prophecy, I think the Anakin AOTC is the way to go. just make sure you use plenty of clear coat if you plan on dueling with it Smiley

Maybe paint it parts of it black (or any other color) and then sand it off for a weathered look. Smiley

Weathered look is pretty easy to come by and looks great in the end. The hero version of the Luke ROTJ lightsaber is a pretty good example of weathered down.
