I really like the slotted windows from models such as the War Glaive, but I cant seem to find a claw I like yet...

I like it! And I was never a fan of that staff model. lol You're right, it really does seem to beg for claws of some kind. I'd second Tom, you might want to just design some yourself. I normally favor the look of the Revan Claws, but I don't think they match this, and the War Glaive wouldn't be right at all with these lines. Maybe something with a reverse hook? (the claw sweeping out away from the blade instead of in towards it) That would be unique, and if done on sharp angles would match your emitter well I think.

thanks guys!  yeah, i've been looking at everything metal with a slant to my eye as I ponder it's alternative function as a claw...  Just 2 or 3 claws per saber would be cool, then I'm doing this gnarly grip area out of black leather and some conchos...  It'll be a work in progress for a little while.

I just bought a whole bunch of wire, and i'm re-wiring everything so it's clean in the hilts, that way when I need to work on it, it'll be a breeze to pull it all out and do just that...
