So I have been seeing a lot of people getting broken sabers or sabers that take way to long to get. I am okay if my saber takes a while to get here that doesn't bother me. But what are the chances I get a broken saber? Or a saber that doesn't work. I see a lot of these issues and am a bit concerned since I just ordered a Graflex CE a few days ago. So if anyone could fill me in on the chances im getting a broken saber.

Honestly, the odds are VERY low that you'll have a problem with your order.   It may take a while, but there are very few complaints about bad or broken sabers compared to the sheer number of orders.   US is also pretty good about making it right when something does go awry, but again that's a rare thing to happen at all.  I've ordered getting on 40 sabers over the last several years and I have never gotten one that was broken or didn't work.  I know it has happened, but it is very rare.

Order with confidence, my friend.  You will get a great product in good order!  :-)

I ordered my own Graflex SE about 3.5 years ago and I can unequivocally assure you that the saber is absolutely incredible.  Indeed, EVERY saber that I've purchased has been not only a work of art but also sturdy and reliable.

I know that sometimes accidents and other unforeseen incidents can occur (curse you 2020!  Wink) but in all of my experience I've never had a problem with Ultrasabers.

I've received 10 lightsabers from them this year; I'm waiting on number 11, and I do plan on ordering more.  So far, everything has been just about flawless.  What you're worried about is a legit concern, but I don't think it's any greater a risk than with any other company's product.  It's a minor risk, if anything.    I say don't even worry about it.

Key poi t to remember is that only the people with problems are going to co plain and those come a few at a time. US produces 1000s of sabers so most go out without a flaw and most of those who got them never report on here because they're too busy playing with their saber.

It is annoying that the saber is not in stock and production of it is delayed yet they keep it "in stock" that is a bit weird and they shouldn't really do that. However, I am really only concerned with getting a functional and quality saber as long as it doesn't take more than 3 months I am fine, but after 3 months I think that would be unacceptable. I also don't see why people say the customer service response time is bad because I sent an email asking a few questions got a response in 2 days. Then continued talking with them and I was getting responses in 1-2 days and  a few times within just 10 hours.
