I understand the company is busy with orders and keeping up with the business in general. I was e-mailed last week about a order placed last month that is now backordered with some suggestions. I have replied to the e-mail with a different saber request than he suggested without hearing back, and also another email to the original sender and one to [email protected]. Anyone have a suggestion?

I'd guess that the important part would be the overall base price of the original and the "replacement" you suggested being the same... But in all reality if they sent you an email, then you responded directly to that same individual plus additional channels, then all that's left now is to wait. It should have been received and be in someone's inbox... so play the waiting game. But if another week and a half to 2 weeks goes by without a reply perhaps reiterate the original contents of your reply directly to the individual who sent you your 1st email with a "was unsure if my first email had gone through, since I received no reply as of yet. Just hopeful to confirm receipt of it and information on the outcome/replacement I suggested. Thanks for the assistance." or something like that. Reasonable patience helps in these matters by my estimation, as well as a degree of courtesy toward the recipient... but waiting "too long" can be trying as well, I know. One does have a tendency to get anxious about these things, especially in our world which currently has such limited options to focus our attentions on. Good luck.

Dark Lords of the Sith have ruled collectively and individually for Millenia. One afraid to wield a power is ultimately unworthy of it. Ascendancy into the light has an apex, yet descent into the darkness is endless. The Dark Side can give or take anything, based on user strength. I claim the title of Darth Prodigal Dark Lord of the Sith as my own. Through pain, our Code, and right of combat it is mine; and so shall it be defended. Follow Darth Bane's wisdom. (Only Dark Side Points Preferred.)
