.... and tells me my bike is stolen.
My roommate woke me up at 12:45 and told me that an officer was here about something that got stolen from me. Well, it ended up being my bike. Mind you this is campus police, so they have time on their hands to actually care about this stuff lol.
A couple funny things:
- I didnt even notice it was gone
- I work for the police on campus, so there was an awkward moment when he recognized that I was a worker lol
The good news is that they have the bike and they need to take care of some business before turning it over.
I probably wouldnt think this whole thing was so funny if I had noticed it was gone BEFORE they were able to recover it. Good thing I had a permit on it
