only thing i would add is in all the extra space... make spots for spare batts and charger for rechargables!

Nice case and sabers. I'm getting one to hold only 2 Obsidian sabers. Hence why I'm getting a cd case at FYE, it'll be perfect. Its the more larger case.

if i could make somesort of case similar to this and mass produce it, would anybody be interested in buying.  i might start out selling them at a low price to because we have alot of spare wood lying around my house and me and my dad could probably make some pretty nice quality cases.  just wondering if people would be interested in something made specifically for saber hilts.

Well this ofcourse depends on how big the cases are being made so how many sabers I could I fit into one case, how thick is the case (weight would be a big issue if its to thin it'll break with one accidental fall, two thick and its too heavy).  Will the sabers have any fittings to slide into to keep from jumping around and scratching one another. I would suggest first making a Prototype to show everyone how it will look, and how big it may look. Also be good to make your own thread Smiley But if all is good, I may get a few Wink

the size would all depend.  i would have the person tell me what they would be carrying in it and what sabers then based on that cut out the fittings for the sabers.  i know that i could make the case fairly durable, but that doesn't mean it should be purposly dropped. i'll start designing once i order my first sabers and we'll see where it goes from there.  i might be able to make to many at a time because i have school but i would definently do it and it would give me something to do during the summer.  as for my own thread i will make that when i actually begin makiing my prototype so it all depends on how long it takes me to get money for my sabers.
