Hello I just got a Consoler with QD. I am going to be getting red, green, got it with Dark violet, may get yellow but am debating between what blue I want (or what I want first). Any have both? which one looks more movie accurate? Thanks

Well, for "movie" accuracy....

Guardian Blue for the first 3 movies... But in the 4th and... (maybe) the 5th (I can't remember the 5th for sure) it looks more like Arctic Blue.

Honestly its your choice dude, I just ordered my first saber, (will be here next week) I had the same problem deciding blue like you. In the end, I decided to go with Guardian Blue.
Neither of them are better, its just personal preference.
Good luck dude!

I have Guardian Blue. It makes for a fantastic blue. It is the quintessential blue. Not dark blue, not light blue. Just blue lol. My Arctic Blue saber is in Illinois. Should be here Tuesday. So close yet so far.

Neither is necessarily better looking, just different. I'm biased towards Arctic blue because it was (and still is) the only Ultrasaber i've ordered myself. Guardian Blue is a solid mid hued blue, if somebody told you to picture the color blue in your head, this is what you'd probably see. The Prequel Trilogy blue lightsabers look more or less like this. Arctic blue is obviously a lighter shade, but it stands out much more, it's kinda hard to put into words it just has a different feel. In person it looks sorta like the light blue Gatorade, or at least mine does. I think theres a thread around here somewhere comparing Gatorades and US colors actually. Cheesy Think of Luke and Vader's duel on Cloud City, for a decent color comparison. To me Arctic Blue is the winner for whatever reason, i just like that particular shade better on a lightsaber, but both are great looking colors.

I've seen both in person and it's really hard to pick one. Guardian blue takes very good photos. They look like they were rotoscoped honestly

If you really can't decide... Just go with the old method of flipping a coin. LOL Seriously, if its a Ultra Sabers its good, just get one and then get the other color blue for the next one.

They're both really great, although as many have said Guardian Blue is more of a "true" blue.  Arctic Blue is exactly what it sounds like - a lighter, icy looking blue.  To be completely honest, this pic from their site actually does a really good job of demonstrating the colors:

Arctic Blue is the very next LED that I am buying.  It does have an icy coolness look to it.  I went with Guardian Blue first because it was the blue that Deep felt looked the best in all of the blades that Ultrasabers offered.  I knew my first saber would be blue but I was not sure what type of blade that I wanted.  Guardian Blue and Consular Green have pretty much the best consensus of being great looking in all blade types offered by Ultrasabers.

Arctic Blue is very true to the original triology blue lightsabers in my opinion.  Even Uncle George decided that it needed to be bumped in ROTJ so that the Green would film better against the blue sky of Tatooine.

The Guardian Blue does some really interesting things though when you get close to glow in the dark and black light items though.  In the very end, it is not going to matter because they both look awesome.  It has been my personal goal and it seems to be yours as well to own every color that Ultrasabers makes.

I recommend GB because it's a single LED color, so it's purer even when the batteries are not full; plus, it absorbs less energy than the RGB LED needed for AB.

I'd go with the Arctic Blue personally. To me, the GB just seems too commonplace, while the AB is more... whats the word... exotic looking?
