@Revan. You're making me want a Bane more and more. xp I'm just going to go for one but mine will be pure evil Sith red with my custom Sith fonts. ;o I got like 3 or 4 of them made but yeah. I'm going to use the more pre-quel sounding font I made specifically for the Bane and eventually Raven saber when I get it.

I just orderd a bane and pretty much got the same set up as you did with the av switch and my blade i chose DVA I have been wanting this saber a long time now. my question is how does the blade handle in the emmiter? is there any unusual movement of the blade in the emmiter? I have read that the blade sits in the hilt about 2 inches deep, just wondering how it handles for it only having 2 inches inside the hilt?  I only ask because i was thinking on putting a 40 inch blade in the bane hilt but want opinions of Bne owners before i commit on getting a longer blade.  Thanks in advance

I think the Bane is like an MHS saber for the emitter. So if you know MHS sabers then you're good to go. I'm actually thinking of now getting a Dark Shock in VA or a Bane in AB. Not really sure yet.

It is a thick hilt, but not an unweildy one.

There is something about the hit of the Bane that calls for a two-handed grip and overhead Djem-so strikes.

No finesse, just sheer brutality of combat.
