Yep! Last year, some dude came dressed as the guitar player of a mariachi band. He strummed a little tune, and won the whole thing. His prize: A Lenovo laptop!
I vowed right then and there that I would win this years contest. Not because of the prize. I could care less about it. But because some dude came out, strummed a little song, and won. There was an authentic Assassin's Creed costume, an authentic Pirate costume complete with accent, make-up, and a pirate's chest with the thump thump, and several other worthy costumes that didn't win but should have.
Needless to say, I was upset.
So I am going all out this year. Here's a portion of my outfit:
