This took a lot more time to think of than to execute.

One Dominix V2 + three black o-rings + four inches metallized vent tape + one 4 X 6 inch leather piece + a small amount of epoxy.



Was it worth it? I think so.

Advice if you want to do such a thing: Measure the area to be covered with leather, draw out on sheet paper, cut out and fit to hilt, if not good then remake using what you learn from each adjustment until good. Then use this paper template to help with cutting the leather. I made this with the leather edges butted up against each other, NOT overwrapping/overlapping. For this hilt that would have been too messy.

Nice job!  I must say that is one of the best leather hilt jobs I have seen on here!  Keep us posted if you do any further customizations

This is why you have the saying, it is the thought that counts.  You did a great job and goes to show that your own imagination is the only thing that limits what you can do with an Ultrasaber.

updated my profile to add points preference. I forgot about that.

I have an Ultimate FX Vader shroud that would fit this hilt. I don't know though... I like the simplicity of this. Sort of a Sith/Flash Gordon art deco sort of thing.
