Depends on which style of Galen Marek you are trying to pull off. Galen Marek has several different outfits throughout TFU series. There are multiple resources online. I'd say check out some places like the 501st and other Dark Sided costuming organizations for inspiration.

I've been wondering this too. Another company released a full Starkiller TFUI style saber and would like one of the matching costumes. But if I were to do the armor version costume like what was posted doing the armor would be hard. Someone suggested ABS plastic or EVA foam. I would use the plastic though. I might do the posted robe version. Isn't that from TFUII though? You think you could post more detailed pics? Like full front, back, sides and such?

As Lord Ravik states my wicked armour for the Sith Stalker also try twin roses in custom designs around number 20 in the Sith inspired clothing there's two Galen Marek costumes.
