I know that the new custom sabers division is coming up in Ultrasabers. But I'm really not looking for anything custom. What I would like is a dark Shock with the illuminated AV switch and The USB board. nothing too special other than I would like a recharge port rather than external recharger.
Do I need to wait for the custom sabers division or would I be able to bypass that for a small extra feature?

I would venture to guess it would be a custom job, because you need to drill an extra hole in the hilt and it requires a bit more wiring.  Your best bet would be to email UltraSabers at their shipping address.  I believe it's [email protected].

Yeah not to be redundant but you might have to go with something custom.  In hilt recharge is a little too complicated for a basic mod, I mean you have to consider that you're looking at popping it open, rewiring some stuff, not to mention drilling the hole and whatnot.  Ultra did specifically mention in hilt recharge systems in his post about the CSO division, so I'm sure it would be no problem for him to do once it's up and running.

Is there a solid date on when the custom division is supposed to open? also, has anyone noticed that the Dark War Glaive is no longer listed?

The Custom Saber Operation is still in process.  You can check out Ultra's website that will run it (www.xsabers.com) and watch there and here until it starts up.  The most likely reason the DWG is no longer listed online is that they ran out of stock to build it.
