Custom family of sabers! (PIC HEAVY)

I just received my Crimson Reaper and grab bag, and wanted to show a few of the combos I created. 

As I received them today-
Crimson Reaper in Blazing Red // Silver FOC // Silver illuminated A/V switch // Obsidian Sound
Free Grab Bag Dark Prophecy in Consular Green // Silver switch



Here's the whole family (My Archon v2.1 in Sentinel Yellow / Orange illuminated A/V switch / Obsidian Sound (Custom emitter from the "other guys")



As you can see, I also got a Consular Emitter and Pommel.  I Think I settled with the Reaper using the Consular Emitter and Archon pommel, the Archon with the "other guys" emitter and Dark Prophecy vented pommel, & finally the Dark Prophecy with the Consular pommel. 

This makes the Reaper a true two-handed saber, however I noticed with the increased weight at the pommel the balance is really spot on.  Using the vented pommel from the Dark Prophecy on my already shortened Archon makes it incredibly light! Really a one-handed saber that feels amazing, plus the black vented pommel goes nicely with the grooves imo.  I just threw the Consular Pommel on the Dark Prophecy because the Reaper pommel & emitter just didn't look right, however it now looks a little more substantial, and I like that. 

A few more combos with the Reaper!

I really like this setup, however the Archon pommel just looks sooooo good with the silver inlays.


A simple pommel swap on a stock Reaper makes a world of difference, right?!


This is the setup I settled on.  I was surprised at how big the Reaper actually is.  A serious 2-handed saber here.

Hey PlanBfan, thanks for taking the time to take and post some pics of your various saber combos.

While taste is an individual thing, I'd recommend against introducing black parts to your crimson reaper. Silver and crimson will match it well, but there isn't any black in the body for a black pommel or emitter to feel like it fits properly.

Have you tried the Consular emitter on your Archon and the 'other guys' emitter on your crimson Reaper? I think that might be a more aesthetic match (IMHO anyway).

Cool customizations! I like the "mismatched" colors. Sometimes while traveling the galaxy, you have to make saber repairs with whatever parts you can find .
