It has been a while since I last purchased a saber from Ultrasabers.  So when I decided to get back into the hobby, I bought one I had been wanting for a very long time.  AND fortunately, I also got a matching initiate.  I bought the Manticore in SY, with Obsidian, FoC orange, and an illuminated AV switch.  I had been wanting an SY saber for a while and thought this would be the perfect hilt.  The link to my review is below.  Enjoy!

Very nice!  This is one of the setups I've been eyeing for a while.  I love this hilt AND sentinel yellow, but I've been reticent to plunk down for one because of the greening issue you mentioned with your initiate.  I want to get two of these and ultimately connect them into a saber staff, but I don't want two different yellows! I was thinking of just getting an AS saber and get my yellow through filters, but that gives me no FoC, which is not the end of the world, but still.  I don't really want to plunk down the extra cash for the emerald driver.. so yeah, feeling a little stuck.

Glad your's came out so beautifully! Have point. Smiley

Hi Taarik.  Perhaps you would consider starting your own topic so your concerns can be addressed with more members noticing and responding with their SY experiences.   I have a Obs. AS saber with FoC.  Smiley
