Hey Saberforum! Question. Where can I find/order/make a costume for one who wants to play a possible grey Jedi. My RP character would be one who isn't a sith, but hes not exactly the big hero either. And since my ultrasaber blade color is gonna be orange, I wanted my outfit to reflect my middle ground standing. I'd want my outfit to be something lift and flexible, yet slightly show off-wish at the same time. And since I do NOT possess the skills needed to MAKE my OWN costume, I'm struck out on that one. Someone help?

Go on Etsy, try KhloesKustomClothing I think is the store name, they can do any color combos and even have a full set that comes with a robe as well. Just thought I'd help =]

You also check out Twin Roses Designs and talk to them about custom work. They have some really cool examples! The good thing about "going Grey" is that it can be anything you want from traditional to Sith-like. Nice choice!  |

I was actually just about to start a thread asking some of the very same questions. For my costume I want to do the following:
-dark brown inner tunic
-black outer tunic
-black tabards
-black obi/sash with black belt
-dark brown pants
-black boots
-black leather gloves
I love the way the brown and black color combos look, and I love the idea of the gray Jedi. Is this costume to Sith-like?

For some reason I can't edit my post, so I wanted to fix the mistakes I made. The costume would be composed of:
-dark brown inner tunic
-black outer tunic
-dark brown tabards with matching obi/sash
-black belt and pouches
-dark brown pants
-black boots
-black gloves
I think that's enough earth tones to not make it look entirely like a Sith costume.

the below is actually really helpful to help you decide on the colours.. (i'm 32!!) it's either that or get a black Gi.. and somehow lengthen the arms.. |
