One thing I found helpful for rattles is a bit of velcro strap I got some at a local hardware store for like $1-2 for 12 feet, but i suppose it would depend on whats causing the rattle, its great for around battery packs keep them snug and somewhat protected from shock/vibration. Also I am soooooooooo jealous........I NEED a Consular now but too poor. Lastly Great Review and Pic's

I just ordered one in DV and I can't wait, i also chose ultra edge and went with the nickle plated shroud. Oh boy, so excited.

Use an o-ring around the mls unit. It stops the rattling. Saber feels much more solid now. O-rings are also good for accenting hilts. I accented my Consular hilt with white o-rings and swapped out the pommel for a Shock pommel.

I was thinking of powder coating the shroud. Any suggestions for the color?
