Hey again.  I'm not the best one to talk electronics about.  My computer skills are adequate at best so asked US to pre set the specifics.  Last saber purchase was a dark Menace with a 2-channel R+B Emerald. Requested main color red with a pulse to DVA and flash to BH.  Asked for a quicker pulse/flicker change set perhaps at 2 when I think that 4 is the standard.  Honestly this is too quick a color change as the two colors appear almost equal in timing and should have gone for a much slower change but still looks so cool.  Although I understand how the Obs. board and Emerald driver work and how to access on computer, I haven't connected to make any changes as don't use that saber much but enjoy showing it off to the oohs and awes of others.

I think that getting an Emerald in your dream or birthday celebration saber is a great idea.  Any ideas of what you are drawn to ?  This is for the saber that you will end up using frequently be it for lighter dueling, spinning, cosplay or display.  There should be an Emerald driver sale coming up a few more times before the end of the year.

Ooooh dark menace it DVA!!! That's awesome I bet it's beautiful! I'm looking at a few right now. A B/R Arbiter that flickers red for a cosplay sith saber. Idk why but lately I'm drawn to the arbiter. It just looks big and dark sideish. And also I'm liking the menace, guardian and chosen one ce. It's gonna be tough to decide but I'm really considering the arbiter. I want it to just shimmer a slightly lighter red to look like it's pulsing

Those choices look good and very different.  However I would like to steer you in the direction of the Archon over the Arbitor, especially if using for cosplay of all sides of the Force.  Not only does the Archon look good in any blade color and is a MHS swap out dream, it can easily be shortened or lengthened.  The Arbitor is a beauty but a longer saber that could be dangling down to your knee if wearing on a covertec clip off belt.  Do you want that saber bumping against your leg like that for extended periods.  However it's your saber but have a look at all the Archon rave reviews and talk to Hazard.

Thanks! I have wanted the archon in A/B before. I didn't know if it would look nice as a sith saber. I really want one that's a good size and looks intimidating when being wielded. The archon is for sure back in my wishlist again now lol

Ok, I gotta chime in here....... I REALLY like silver hilts with BR blades, especially with an illuminated red av switch, so I think the Arbiter would actually look awesome setup like that....... but, my favourite is the Archon too, and as D7 said its perfect for MHS swap outs...... may I suggest and Archon with a War Glaive emitter in BR....... I think that would be a perfect Sith saber 

And agree with the Emerald...... I've tried a flicker in BR with a darker red (simply by lowering the % or number for the flicker) and that made the red blade look amazing...... perhaps try something like that?

D7 you really gotta get to changing up blade colours with the Launcher, it is really cool..... Let me know if you want any help, more than happy to

Sharpes Sabers, an Emerald Archon would be wonderful as a Jedi saber, and if you also got the War Glaive emitter with black claws, then changed it to a red blade flicker for when you want to go fully Sith....... awesome IMO

Love these shmexy sabers of yours.  This should help Sharpes with a tough decision.  I'm a little sensitive    right now as got pinged by Duff in another post.  Look for the locked one.  I've lost my A game but not my humor you rascal.

Haha that's funny JediXIX. I had no idea what was going on until I read back lol and I agree with D7 those are some nice looking sabers. Especially that archon ahh! Yeh I'm really leaning towards that arbiter with a red av switch. So u set it up to flicker to a darker red? US said they can set it up how I want to flicker right out the box!

Yea Sharpes, with so many awesome choices it can be hard to decide....... but we're here to help  

Lowering the colour levels makes the blade not as bright, but you can get some very deep and dark reds and purples that look amazing in the dark...... And a flicker or quick pulse from full red to a darker red looks amazing IMO..... One of the fun things about Emerald is experimenting  




I really have to learn to stay on topic........ sheesh........    (and I guess my parents letting me watch Benny Hill as a youngster was not appropriate parenting   )

Lol not much better than me growing up with family guy. Thanks a lot JediXIX that's all very helpful. Can't wait to get it and post some pics. This saber will get a youtube video too. I hope the emerald works nicely when hooked to a pc. It's something I'd want to play with alot
