I'm looking to build a few stunt sabers using quad rebels.
http://www.luxeonstar.com/red-orange-617nm-sinkpad-ii-23mm-round-quad-led-134lm
LED Color    Red-Orange
Lumens @ 350mA    288 lm
Lumens @ 700mA    536 lm
Efficacy @ 350mA    98 Lm/W (From datasheet)
Efficacy @ 700mA    83 Lm/W (From datasheet)
Typical Wavelength (1)    617 nm
Wavelength Range (1)    610 to 620 nm
Beam Angle (2)    125°
Recommended Operating Current (3)    700 mA
Maximum Rated Drive Current    700 mA
Typical Forward Voltage (4)    8.4 Vf
Maximum Forward Voltage (4,6)    11.2 Vf

I need to use 4 14500, should i use resistors or buck pucks at 700 ma?
The Battery pack i would get from  one of the other guys.  And does anyone know which ultrasaber hilt would hold a quad battery pack?
Thanks.

I'm pretty sure you would be better off with a red-orange tri-cree, running each diode at at least 1000mA, and powering everything off a single 18650 with resistors. That should fit in just about any hilt.

Quad rebels don't necessarily produce a brighter blade than tri rebels or crees. Especially since warm rebels dim above 700mA, and you won't find a stock heatsink that doesn't block some light from quad stars.
