i recently got new battery packs for my and my girlfreind old pvc hilt. i replaced the batery pack on her's and changed the batteries but it wont turn on. i thinkthe led might have a cold soder joint or a spliced wire .

The Old PVC hilts were designed so the LED wouldn't come out.  I've tried several times to get the LED out of my Omen and it just doesn't go.  Ultra has said before that it was designed this way so you might be out of luck.
