Where there is light, there must be shadow

So I am thinking of making a Quinlan Vos Costume but i have no idea how I'm going to make the shoulder piece.
It's basicly a clone trooper shoulder bit but in dark gray with a yellow logo on it.
it also looks like one of the plates obi-one wears in the clone wars series.

any ideas how I could make this?

Aluminum sheets can be cut with strong scissors. Maybe some hardware stores. I used it to make Mandalorian chest plates.

Depending on your budget and how official/ screen accurate you want to go, you can use EVA foam. It can even be molded and heat shaped. Otherwise thermo plastics like Worbla, flexicraft etc.

Well since my Force alignment is well and truly in the positive....  Wink

These shoulder pieces are made from foam (I'm the Jedi on the right). So are my bracers in fact. Since the underside of foam shows I sanded it back, the rough finish it creates on the back makes it look a little like leather with that paint job.
