I bought a saber with premium sound (v4). When I plug it into my laptop (windows 10) it won't download the drivers or launch. Is there a download for the launcher somewhere I can download to my laptop? Thank you in advance.

It might not be intuitive, since you don’t have a Diamond saber, but you need to go here to get the software.
