Kettle Bell workouts.......in a pool

Just thought I'd post this up.  He does a lot of the same Kettle Bell stuff we hear about here, but with the added factor of being in a pool!  About 3:11 there's a few frames of the squat-ish thing we've seen a few times (can't remember what it's called).
