Customer Service!

Not a saber review, but a review of the customer service I received. I ordered a bellicose for myself as a christmas present about 6 months ago, tricked out (FOC, Obsidian, etc...) Due to the temperatures I didn't get much of a chance to duel with it over the winter months but when I picked it up about a month and a half ago to spar with my buddy it wouldn't turn on.

At first I thought, "oh the batteries are dead" and so I threw them in the charger, unplugged said charger a few hours later when the lights turned green and didn't think anything of it until a few days later. Put the batteries back in and it still wouldn't power up. So I shot an email over to ultra sabers customer service and got a response the next day advising me what to do, had to send one more email back due to finding a separate issue where even with the screws out the blade holder wouldn't come out of the hilt. Got another prompt reply, sent it in a couple weeks later (got busy with a few others things) and due to UPS delays finally got it back today as good as new! In fact I have missed it so much it looks and sounds better than when I first got it back in December.

Ultra Sabers customer service was courteous, prompt, helpful, and all around fantastic, just like the products they represent.
