Aeon V2 Suede Wrapping

So, I got my Aeon V2 SRD grab bag in the mail the other day, and after playing with it a bit, decided that while I love the size and feel of it, the upper choke was just a bit too small for my hand.  So, I went looking around here to get some ideas, then went to my local craft store (Wally World aka Walmart) and picked up some suede cord to wrap the saber.  Here's the results.




Now, part of my wants to kinda continue the LE style (cuz this is actually an Aeon V2 LE) and make the the top inch or so of the emitter gold.  Thoughts?

I think it looks pretty good. If you want to put some gold paint on it, I say go for it.

I wish I had photoshop and the skills with it to edit a picture and see what it would kinda look like


Also, it should be noted that the bottom grooves each have a lighter brown wrap on them, and are not the LE gold grooves
