Found a deal online for a monarch hilt no electronics for 65$ should have it on monday, then the modifications begin...muhahahahaaa

Nice get! I love my Dark Monarch for dueling - if you're strong enough to use it, it's one of the best there is. What mods are you planning on?

Initial ideas:
Plan on adding brass bullet stud accents to the top of the pommel.
I will be using a modified spike pommel from tcss.
Annodized electric blue leaving silver accents like the dark version.
Lighted AV switch, tcss switch box ( will see if this is possible when its in my hot lil hands)
brass O-Ring through the Spike pommel.
Still uncertian as to balde color. may go with a 10w white led and just filter

That sounds awesome, especially the anodizing! Point for you, can't wait to see the progress once it arrives!

lol baah i should have paid more attention.... nickle finish anno is out till i can strip it.
plus this thin is a monster, its going to need some heavy mods to reduce the weight and overall bulkieness
