OK, the Vigilon is painted.
It's black on the main body, with the central clip section in silver and the slide also in silver. The front part of the disc launcher, the clip release lever, the orange piece on the slide, and the trigger are still orange. I've got quite a bit of touch-up to do, as my painting was uneven at best. The clip doesn't quite slide correctly, thanks to overpainting, so no pics as yet for an update.
It does fire, however.
Also, while shopping for things for the new job, found a Maverick and a Recon CS-6 with clip - said clip fits into the Longshot as well. I thought that the Recon would fit into the front of the Longshot, but that appears not to be the case. Anyhow, the Maverick will be going to the wife, so she can have a pair of them, while the Recon while likely get steampunk-modded.
