RGB LEDs - Arctic Blue?

Just curious, is the Arctic Blue made from an RGB LED?

Yes. It's a mixture of Blue and Green.

I don't know for sure, but I don't think so.  I believe that the red die is missing (for AB, the unused RGB color for other mixed colors) from the wafer, so you wouldn't be able to use that one.

You probably could re-wire AB to SRD by changing resistors, or even single out a die possibly to have a second switch turn VA in to red for example.

That is all just educated speculation though, I'm not really that great with wiring - more mechanical than electrical.

Actually, I believe Ultra said that they resistor the heck out of one of the colors, and simply leave the red die/wafer unwired.

Yes, GOD BLESS THE RGB  , with this Wonderful Technology they can achieve pretty much any color possibly Desirable  except for Black  but eh' I can live with that

That's correct for RGB, but I'm pretty sure there is no red LED in AB as Guitardrmr was asking.
