I am looking to do some serious work on my prophecy internally and I want to do some work externally on it as well.

I want to build up the emitter area, and I was wondering if anyone had yet done this yet and if the happened to know some of the specific dimensions on the emitter. i can't seem to find any aluminum that will fit and was wondering if anyone has tried pvc. I would love to benefit from prior experience if any instead of recreating the wheel (which I don't mind doing).

The OD is 1.46" a standard piece of MHS sleeve material would work with a slight amount of sanding on the emmiter to knock it down a few thousands for a slip fit.

Thanks for the info, I can't find any calipers at work so that helps and since I bought some sleeve material that I can't use for my current build, time to re-purpose it! Thanks!
