Look....even under optimal perfect circumstances, there would be a backlog; maybe a week or two instead of several weeks or a month or two. The difference here is, circumstances are anything but optimal. Which results in the backlog they have now. Stopping new orders from coming in so they can take care of the orders they've got...I don't think any business does that. If US did, you think they're getting bad reviews now? They'd get absolutely crucified if they pulled that stunt.
The email issue is a whole separate matter, and yes I'll agree that it is an issue. The waiting time however....yes, it may suck, but that's how it is. The only thing they as a company, or any company can do, is work on taking care of orders as quickly as possible. Putting a halt on new orders coming in is something that no business will ever do.
Well, yea. Never said they should stop taking orders just reasoning as to why they have issues. Anyway, maybe I'll get it by my bday in August haha. |

If you have a backlog of orders and continue sending out new advertisements with new deals while taking new orders then your never going to complete your backlog, your going to constantly be behind. On top of that, ignoring inquiring emails to peoples orders isn't going to help either. A Mystery Box can be any hilt, so theirs really no reason to say their out of stock for that item when their fulfilling many other orders that aren't mystery boxes.
Those new deals are whats keeping the doors open so they can fulfill orders. |

To completely stop taking orders would be a bad idea. However, going 2-3 weeks without a promo running would help immensely. It would allow them to keep taking orders but slow the avalanche to something manageable.
They could monitor their progress and as soon as they start getting caught up, put up another amazing sale.
Having back to back sales/promos is great, but if you can't handle the incoming business, maybe take a break from those sales for a while?

I would argue that simply posting accurate leadtimes (especially during sales) would go a long way to set a realistic expectation... but, instead, they're still telling users that it's a 4 week turnaround, (That's the only real communication I've gotten) when that's CLEARLY not the case.. Tell customers: 'Hey, we're extremely backlogged right now, if you place an order, today, you're likely not going to get your shipment for 10 weeks.'.... and then deliver as quickly as possible. THAT is the type of thing that makes customers super happy... under promising, and over delivering... Instead, currently, they seem to be over promising and under delivering... which I believe is where the majority of frustration comes from (from personal experience, I HATE it when a company sets one expectation, and then fails to live up to what they claimed). ~ Casp |

I ordered a black Empress no engraving, fire orange with sound on June 7th still processing. I can't wait to get it though =)
I am waiting on the black empress with engraving with the diamond controller and a grand master with a diamond controller. I placed my order May 5th. Still no tracking sadly. Its been 7 weeks today. My wife and I are really excites though. |
