For those getting responses from US what mail provider are you using ...gmail. yahoo etc i ask this reading all of the no response from US posts and their email issues that something is blocking certain providers by some strange mistake from their mail server

I echo this question, because one person mentioned that they found out that their email inbound to US had ended up in US’s SPAM folder.

I use Yahoo and have always gotten responses to my emails. Usually within about a week.

I use yahoo for my main email. Gmail is strictly for gaming and nonsense emails.

Makes me think they got phished, and whoever helped them get cleaned up, didn't know to go in and clean up mail filters the scammer/phisher set up.

Would also explain how they lost all their email on the 25th of May, too.

Hey guys! Thought I'd jump on the boat here with everyone else in expressing how EXCITED I am for my first-ever Custom Lightsaber! Glad I got to jump on the Spring Sale and pick up a beautiful Grand Master hilt! I can't wait to see it and hold it and yadda-yadda. Definitely plan on doing an unboxing AND review!

ABSOLUTELY NOT complaining about wait times! I know it's a sale event (with another already started!) and the 'Rona has got us acting up something fierce, so things are definitely wonky right now. So I know extended wait times are already looking to extend even longer! Just throwing in there that my order date was May 30th and that I'm still counting on my custom and the extra saber thrown in. Still at "Processing." Smiley

The only thing I'm worried about is e-mail responses, which I see has been echoed above. I did e-mail early after making my order to try to make an alteration, but I didn't receive a response. I've e-mailed two (2!) times since then but I still haven't received a response. Sad I wanted to add Flash on Clash after reading about how awesome an addition it made the experience of having one of these custom Ultrasabers. Maybe someone from Customer Service will see this? Hehe. Like I said, I know things are tight and busy right now! But still... Oof.

Whelp, I bit the bullet and bought another saber.

So, (im)Patiently waiting for my new Emerald Sound Emperor's Hand that I purchased a minute ago.

Edit: Just to add on, this saber purchase is kind of important for me.  I won't explain why at the moment, as I will be debating on whether or not to do a video review of it or just post the pictures and explain it that way.  But yeah, I'm happy that this next event was a % off event, because it made the purchase a little bit easier on the old wallet.

After seeing others ask about spam filters, I emailed from another account this afternoon.  Just pointed out I ordered on 4/18 and understood the shortages and extended time, but after the lost emails and getting that delivery confirmation email, I was concerned something went wrong.  An hour or so later I got an email saying my order was completed and a tracking number was assigned. 

Obviously I am pleased, and glad they could jump on it so quickly when a potential problem (as opposed to me  just nagging them again about the wait) was raised.  Thanks, all, for providing the place to vent and armchair quarterback, as well as the reality checks!

so almost 6 weeks after my order, i get an email saying that the fallen hilt is out of stock, despite being listed as in stock when i ordered and as of the time of posting this, is still listed as available on the site.
i am sorry but that is utter b.s. ultrasabers needs to get their stuff together.
yes i was given the option to swap hilts (but the only other hilts of interest to me are the dominicide or flamberge se, which are more expensive than the fallen i ordered.)
or to wait the 4-6 weeks more it will take to get the fallen in stock.
i am not happy and i am seriously considering if i will ever deal with u.s again. the way u.s are handling this whole situation is completely amateur.

and for the record, i use yahoo for emails.

Ordered an Empress on 4/16, sent 1 email asking if they knew a possible time frame for my saber on 6/16, received an email notifying me my saber was ready and mailed on 6/19. 

Everyone who is worried about their order or is getting mad need to heed Obi-Wan's calls for patience through the movies.  You will get your sabers, just give the people building them time to actually build them.

So I can expect that a Fallen is out the question for my Mystery Box Order.  Wink In all seriousness, that sucks. If you have no pressing reason to get one sooner, I would just wait.
