Sith Inquisitor Saber Color?

Hello all. First post on the forum.

I have been watching the Old Rebublic vids and have been eyeing the Sith Inquisitor with great interest. Perhaps a saber comissioning will be in order soon.

My only question pertains to the color of the Inquisitor lightsaber. In some vids, it is definitely red. But in most of the gameplay vids it looks like the Violet Amethyst blade color option.

What's the general opinion? Does it look more true purple or more Violet Amethyst to you?
I'd like to get a MLS unit in this color if Ultra could do it. Two of them actually.

Yeah. That was my thinking as well.  Thanks for the assist.

I read that in order to get this color, you should get the VA and use regular Alkaline batteries. The voltage is less than the NImh batteries and the voltage difference will cause the blue LED to be more dominant in the LED module. This should produce a bluer tint similar to a Mace Windu color than the more red hued VA you get with the NImh battery. Interesting stuff.

Well, that solves THAT problem. Now to decide on a sound font approiate for a VA Raven saberstaff. I'm really leaning towards the deep ominous growl of Nova's Darkstar font.

Ypu can ask Ultra too add more blue to it as well in your comments on the order.

I'd be curious to see a VA blade powered by Alkalines so it has the bluish hue first before asking US to add more blue. I'd hate to get it in and fire it up only to find I have one that's "too blue".

Worst case scenario, I would have to ship it vack and have them tweak the color. Another option I just realized might be to add some of those colored discs sold at TCSS and add them til I get my desired color.
