Ordered my first Ultrasabers today. Took advantage of all the promos I could so I ordered the Azure Reaper and the Crimson Scorpion deal of the day. I preferred the reaper but my wife like the scorpion better so I got both. The reaper is emerald with sound and heavy grade blade. The scorpion is insular green with sound. I also saw the e-mail promo for the free initiate saber so I included that to start training my daughter.
These are my first sabers from anywhere and I can't wait to see how great they are.
Full reviews will follow their arrival.

As a fellow noob to the forum and to Ultrasabers. I look forward to your review. I recently made my first purchase as well the following day October 5th 2014. I cannot wait to see what I get since my order was for a grab bag saber.

My wife and I took advantage of the sale for our first purchase as well. My birthday was last Friday so I ordered an Emerald Manticore. She's been eyeing an initiate so add in the 10% discount and it made for a very happy birthday indeed. Now if only I could find a way to keep from going crazy waiting for them to arrive...

ah Great choice with the Emerald manticore I'm sure you'll be quite happy with it as I am with mine and certainly can't go wrong with a free saber with the order too |

For me I would suggest trying a different usb cable as my emerald saber didn't like the cable I first used on it. make sure your following the directions so your turning the saber on, plugging it in to the computer then opening up the launcher The video below is for emerald but the steps are the same for obsidian https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zV4-zyArmAo&list=UUiskeSe9XI6xMyVM5jqML3w |

I am now having a hard time removing my board from my Archon. I got it the first time but can't get it out now and don't want to break something. |
