That illustrates what you said on th topic i started on french can with my Aéon ... i can see the possibilities now  Hi jellybelly ( your avatar of course  ). Hope you are enjoying your Aeon v2. I'm excited about the newer latching av switches as sometimes the guarded plastic ring gets in my way. Am going to get x2 dark v2 Initiates with av switches to make a short staff with 24" midgrade blades. Blade color likely tri -red or perhaps the new tri- arctic blue. point for you just because I can.  |

I am enjoying this first saber (try to train between two nappies ) Will try to think about a second one ... a one blade staff. Your two blades staff are awesome but do you have enough inertia with small blades? I usually use HG weight if using 24" blades on a two blade staff. For my 5' 3" height that is enough. May cut down some longer blades to 28". I just want to use the v2 Initiate staff for one handed close combat use and to practice some throw spinning. Will likely try out the 16" blades as well. Think that everyone could find value in that 16" length. Worst case scenario is that I have two really bright flashlights/torches. |

My new stunt Dark Apprentice V4 with Tri-AS LEDs, currently filtered with LEE Oklahoma Yellow.  In addition to just having the flexibility to have a variety of colors for my "beater" practice staff, this picture is precisely the other goal I had, which was to make use of some of the very rich, vibrant colors I could get via LEE filters on my Flamberge's side blades, but couldn't quite match with the RGB channels of the Emerald driver that runs the main blade. Shade, this is my next purchase. OK Yellow is my absolute favorite version of SY. :-) |

Nice photos Kencyrath. The gold accents with the GB blades add a richness to the Sentinel staff. Am liking the color from the photon blades as well. I want to obtain the shorter dark Initiate v2 staff so it's helpful to see what it will look like. point  |

Yeah I think Violet Amethyst comes through a Saber so well I had to get it for the Staff and the team at US got the color so good on it I won't dare change it. My favorite attribute (other than obviously the color) is how well it translates even in a brightly lit room. hengpy does the para cord or rope on that Staff come apart? Or is it mostly for display? I only ask because I love the look you have going on with your Staff but how well does the wrapping hold up to consistent use? |

The paracord on it holds very well. I using the hilts for spinning and nothing has came out or fall apart.
