Darth Vectivus resisted the Dark Side with his ethical code. I never said that all features of the Dark Side were irresistible, simply that cruelty and selfishness were among its features.

Also, check your link. It leads to a blank Wiki because it says "tarwars" instead of "starwars"

I would just say Socrates... I can't really think of any parallels between him and many other philosophers (it would be quite a stretch to compare him to Nietzsche, for example).

Yoda: If you choose the quick and easier path as Vader did, you will become an agent of evil, and the galaxy will plunge into the abyss of hate and despair.

Except for this being a prime example of Nietzsche's, "He Who Fights Monsters." A quote attributed to Yoda is a paraphrase of Nietzsche's quote: "When you look at the dark side, careful you must be… For the dark side looks back."
