Here what I did with the blade plug for my Crimson Reaper...

I punched out the aluminum disk from a standard plug,
glued on a rounded blade tip,
I found a polished quartz crystal that fits exactly inside the plug,
glued that in place to the inside of the tip,
used a round bit of optically clear book tape to cover the other end.

The quartz shows through the vents of the emitter just perfectly and when it lights up, awesomeness.

I've never posted pics before so i'm not sure how well this will work...

never ceases to surprise me what simple things can be used to make a complex unique idea for a blade plug.  Would have never thought about using a razer tip.

Relatively new to the Ultrasaber-ownership scene, so this might be a newb question but,
If I cut a piece off of my blade to make a blade plug, can I still use that blade, just being a bit shorter? Or is it ruined by this?
